Join Us For A Live (FREE) 60 Minute Teleseminar
Wednesday, September 23, 2009
6 pm Pacific / 9 pm Eastern
Featuring: Laurie Prusso, Child Development Expert and Consultant to Head Start and other state programs.
How often have you tried to get your child to do something only to have the situation escalate into a battle? Have you ever considered your own role in your child’s responses to you? This one-hour teleseminar will discuss how we sometimes “invite” resistance, defiance, and resentment from our children through our own behavior and it will provide effective and concrete alternative tools for parents and teachers to use.
Participants will learn:
1. The 10 times that children are most likely to misbehave
2. Why what we say is not as important as how we say it
3. How to be Kind and Firm at the same time
4. That “inviting” cooperation is better than demanding compliance
If you are a parent or teacher who struggles with respect and responsiveness from your children, this teleseminar will benefit you and your children. Join us to learn how to have more fun and less conflict in your life.
